Jake & Oliver’s video for Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball features his whole fam, including recurring media sensation Lavar "I would beat Jordan in one-on-one" Ball. These are the Kardashians of basketball, like it or not. The whole squad basks in the glow of fortune, fandom, and handheld Quasar LEDs. Lonzo raps in front of a towering LED wall, the crew makes it rain merch from center stage, and younger brother Gelo adds a moody guest verse amid billowing purple fog.

We projected futuristic graphics on every available surface. Times Square became drenched in technicolor Blakie ads, Chinatown lights pulse to his beat, and themed neon signs reflect on a rainy windshield. Blakie’s disembodied head adds a surreal dimension as it hypnotically flips and fragments in space.

Laraaji, a legendary ambient musician who’s collaborated with giants like Robert Downey Sr. and Brian Eno, came to Jake & Oliver with a simple prompt: let me listen to my music and move through New York.
What resulted was a brain-expanding, laughter-filled exploration that took the trio to Central Park, High Bridge, and the rooftops of Harlem.
